I have to take issue with one point above. Neither
the designers of TMI nor GPU Nuclear ever said that an
accident couldn't happen. They simply said that an
accident where people were injured was highly
unlikely. History has proven that statement to be
correct. Nobody was injured save psychological
distress brought on by ineffective (bordering on
pathetic) communications and PR skills of the utility.

I agree. By researching many of their claims, I have
learned quite a bit. After all, it takes sound facts
and analysis to counter anectdotal evidence.
