As before, it's not "them." It's the "leaders" that control them. I'm one.
You. Ruth. Etc. We don't control those that prevent responsible action to
succeed as a bureaucrat/politician. At the same time, most DO work in fear
of speaking out! And some DO take aggressive self-serving actions (want NCRP
appointment as a "career path?") And many more are just clueless about the
crap they've been fed by their "training" (vs. "education.")
