ELF magnetic fields
A French magazine, "Science and Avenir", has just published a long article
on the healths effects of Extremely Low Frequency electromagnetic fields. A
score of measurements have been performed, particularly inside cars. Part
of the paper, can be found at
www.lequotidienauto.com
The paper is in french. You can access to the car data pointing to "cliquez
pour les mesures".
This papers reports on the dangers of electric rasor, hair dryer, electric
tooth brush, electric alarm clock, TGV (Very high speed French Train)
through the feet, etc ...; the situation for taxi drivers would be
extremely hasardous (GPS, taxi meter, CB, ...) ! it reports on scientific
publications from journals as "Epidemiology, Am.J.of Epidemiology,
Occupational and Environmental Madecine" and they refer to this swedish
expert, Kjell Hansson Mild, whose publications were discussed recently
through this mailing list, if I am right.
I am very much impressed by this paper and do hesitate wether I should
consider it as scientific or not.
I would be thankful for any (scientific) comments.
