The way California seems to be going, you could find someone who Dowses

for Radiation and get that admitted as State-of-the-Art and base your

(California only) cleanup criteria on that. As a bonus, with the proper

technique, the dowser could delineate specific hot spots for you to

excavate.

Just out of curiosity, would SB 2065, SB 1623, or AB 2214 prohibit the

scattering of cremains by the bereaved family?  What effects would they

have on areas where there are already ashes scattered?
