I wonder what that would do to the hospitals ability to handle the every

day life threatening cases? Say, 10,000 to 50,000 people converging on

area hospitals?  I doubt that the ambulances would make much headway

thru that sort of traffic.  Thats chaos, and it would certainly kill

people.  I think thats what the terrorists would like to see.
