Re: Terrorism involving radioactive material
John, I surely am glad that you saw fit to post your views -- I believe you are
correct all the way around. It is a pleasure to see some who feel that Chicken
Little should be ignored. And it is true that partial terrorism goals are
already being fulfilled daily without any added doomsday junk from other
detractors. All of the silliness about vulnerable nuclear power plants, all of
the terrible things that could be done with small aircraft, the poor guards
that can't shoot or don't wear their flak vests, and blah, blah, blah is
entertaining but really getting pretty tiresome. We are told to continue living
"normal" lives, but to be vigilant; i.e., behave normally but stay paranoid as
h..... This is normal? Anyway, it's a pleasure to read your comments as well as
a number of other pretty rational postings on Radsafe.
Sincerely,
Maury maury@webtexas.com

It is the soldier, who salutes the flag, who serves under the flag,
and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to
burn the flag. Charles M. Province
