RE: Columbia U study supports LNT



Sorry Bernard (and other interested Radsafers) -- I failed to clearly say

what I meant with this argument, and misstakenly spoke (or wrote) faster

than I thought -- while we have a number of studies supporting Hormesis in

the low dose region, LNT remains to be held as the model of choice used for

radiation protection purposes due to the fact that the assumptions

associated with it are more conservative than other models.  I think the

term SUPPORT would have been a much better term to use than MULTIPLE STUDIES

for this application.  Sorry for the error.

	--I would really appreciate a reference to a study supporting LNT

in the low dose region, say below 10 rem.
