Jim-No, I have not seen the input files Mapscience developed (perhaps

Mapscience would supply you with the RISKIND input files if asked).  The

parameters used to estimate straight consequences are numerous, and it would

be best to acquire the software from the developer organization (ANL) to

best understand how they were manipulated for max effect.  Your response to

the reporter appears justified, as the Armageddon consequences were likely

fabricated through the use of absurd release fractions and low-percentile

meteorological conditions.  Your benchmark would be the consequence results

included in the YM FEIS.
