Re: Victims

Radsafers,

"Decency", evades conflict-creators who advertise for clients exposed to

asbestos, doctors, or radiation.. The best answer physicians have found is

"Micra", a CA state law limiting payment to just $250,000 beyond actual damage

and lawyer fees to c15% - after a million bucks or so. I pay $6,000/year to that

protection racket, as little as any physician I know. Las Vegas is losing its

emergency room and has lost half its obstetricians.

Anyone have ideas on how to inhibit trial lawyer disease, without losing needed

redress for actual damage caused by neglect of manufacturers, physicians or

radiation protectors?
