Re: regulations

Roger hit the nail on the head, with respect to what the regulations 

cover, and, what they mean as far as safety.



It comes down to a facility meeting the "letter of the law" or 

meeting the "intent" of the law. Unfortunately, many work hard at 

meeting the law and no more, instead of meeting the intent.
