New Scientist: Cancer cell study revives cellphone safety fears

First see:

http://www.newscientist.com/news/news.jsp?id=ns99992959

(probably not yet published in a scientific journal)

And then perhaps also Reuters:

http://health.yahoo.com/search/healthnews?lb=s&p=id%3A30331

A search in Medline gives a meager result. Why don’t they check that first?

Does any Radsafers know what the experiment actually was? What were the

growth conditions for instance?

This was in the Swedish sensational media two days ago and can now also be

found in www.nyteknik.se (a semi weekly newspaper for Swedish engineers –

quite a large distribution)

Then cast a look at:

Scandinavian readers may be interested in and enjoy the following Norwegian

reading:

http://www.forskning.no/Artikler/2002/oktober/1034062217.67

(it is about all the alarms that come from Sweden and also discusses the

synergism in business for the involved scientists & mass media).

My personal initiative only,

PS. If you didn't vote about the "radiation free zones" for those

hypersensitive to electricity - here is your chance (down to the right,

JA=YES, NEJ=NO ): http://www.kvicksilver.org/
