The Environmental Health and Safety Department at Texas A&M University has an opening for an Environmental Safety Specialist (N.O.V. Number 021653).  This position would function as the primary contact for personnel located at School of Veterinary Medicine.  Duties include but are not limited to:  radiation surveys, contamination surveys, radioactive material laboratory reviews, radiation producing device reviews, radioactive material collection and disposal, and radioactive material receipt inspections.  The position is full time (40 hours per week) and qualifies for full benefits.  The stated starting pay for this position is $13.24 per hour
