If we (HP's) spent half the time educating the public with the zeal of an

evangelist, as we spend vilifying people who don't agree with our point of

view, organizations like UCS would not have to exist. Please, let's spend

our time in our own communities speaking to in our schools and talking with

the emergency responders. Negative campaigning may get our congress people

elected, but will be perceived with mistrust by the very people who fear

radioactive materials anyway.



This is my own opinion.

Although I don't agree with most of the UCS positions, I support Norm on

this.  Personal attacks are NOT appropriate on Radsafe.



Beyond that, individuals who engage in such attacks are generally admitting

that their arguments on the issues are weak.
