	The time variation of Sr90 is not necessarily all that simple. If

all the Sr90 were caught in a bottle then yes, one would see activity

decrease with the half life. But when it is incorporated into the

environment it may redistribute, so that it may exhibit both spatial and

temporal variations. Observation of the time variation of a tiny fraction

of the inventory cannot provide information about the entire inventory. It

is absolutely impossible to conclude in particular that there exists an

additional ongoing significant source term.
