I actually printed it and tried to read it, about 2 years back…  Have to have another look.  Though, for the last 2-3 years chapters 27 (I think) onwards are missing from website, they “will be here shortly”, or something like that.  Don’t know – maybe this is to promote the sales of printed copies…
