RE: Internationally Accepted Effluent Release Guidance

Doug,

I'd suggest looking at "International Basic Safety Standards for Protection

against Ionizing Radiation and for the Safety of Radiation Sources," the

Basic Safety Standards of the International Atomic Energy Agency. This was

published as Safety Series #115 in 1996, jointly sponsored by IAEA, FAO,

ILO, OECD/NEA, PAHO and WHO.

Subject: Internationally Accepted Effluent Release Guidance

Good morning

Can anyone direct me to a reference that contains internationally

accepted liquid effluent discharge limits similar to those published in

10 CFR 20.

Thanks

Doug
