Another option is the Incident Case Histories. There are 8 cases of Nuclear Density Gauges incident. One of them is what you are talking about, with ilustration: IRID incident 0007/94: - during temporary distraction of the operator, the nuclear density gauge, belonging to a road construction company, was badly damaged when it was crushed under a road roller.
