What can you do?
People will not attack your personal integrity if you live up to
offers you make.
You stated that you will pay $1000.00 to anyone who gets a
publication in the Health Physics Journal suggesting an explanation
for your radon ecology findings. This is clearly stated in the
archives. This is a written contract that was not rescinded prior to
Mr. Puskin's publication. Therefore, in my opinion you are in
breach of contract. Your insistence in waiting until July is a
refusal to perform the contract since the paper has been published.
If you now say, the publication was limited to letters, you are
misrepresenting the contract. In the case of misrepresentation, Mr.
Puskin should be paid as if no misrepresentation had occurred.
What can you do? Honor the contract.
I am curious, do most people think that the scientific evidence
indicates radon in concentrations found in the home causes lung
cancer? If so, what is the most convinving evidence.
