Perhaps a better question is "when are radiographers and their employers 

going to take their safety responsibilities seriously?"  It's not the NRC's 

fault that the radiographers ignore what they are supposed to be 

doing.  Sure they can punish someone, but reactive measures can't undo the 

exposure.
