Yes there are companies that specialize in those types of services. I
don't know what state you are in but several states do require, by law, that
these activities be conducted by a specific licensee. You may contact me
directly if you wish and we could discuss it more in detail. Much depends
on the activity level and exposure rate. Both of these are fairly uniform
from state to state as to which require a license. Some other states do
vary though. I have a pretty thorough knowledge of this subject and would
