Comment - In a abnormal radiological event involving uncertainty's situations, decisions depend on the qualitative and quantitative indicators comparatively to the risks. 



Considering Barbara's follow-up: "I have heard of a response wherein 200 persons were evacuated from a building because they found an exempt Fe-55 source in the building", I have no doubt to affirm - It was a bad example and decision.  How can people to believe in decision makers who took such decision?

    How can the public not be afraid about risk and how can we blame press and many environmentalist groups with such authority's perception and  management, considering the type of source?
