Question for DOE Site Radsafe Folks on Anti-C Removal Sequence

DOE Site Radcon Folks,



Fluor Hanford recently had an outside visitor that toured one of our

facilities that is posted as a Contamination Area.  The entry was performed

using a full set of anti-contamination clothing.  We follow the same undress

sequence that is listed in Appendix 3C of DOE-STD-1098-99, Radiological

Control.



The visitor has told us that most other places visited require a survey of

the inner glove after the outer glove is removed prior to removing the hood

and coveralls.  I am trying to find out which DOE sites have adopted this

extra requirement during the anti-c undress sequence and which sites have

not.
