I agree that the above entities have stated what you have written. 

Yet, one must look at the entities who make such statements, look at 

their motives and biases, and then assess their recommendations using 

some sense of logical reasoning. It is unfortunate that the majority 

of "so-called" experts always rely on the most conservative approach 

to any problem, basically saying, we don't know (even though there is 

no preponderance of evidence that supports their contention, or, the 

other side, for that matter), yet cause an industry to expend 

billions of dollars, all on the premise that maybe, just maybe, there 

is some potential risk. I personally can't buy that approach to 

scientific method.



No other industry resorts to this scientific, or is un-scientific 

methodology.
