Re: Dept. of Homeland Security S&T Programs



I hate to be a pessimist, but I doubt there is much that can really be done

short of suspending all of the rights we take for granted.  It is simply too

easy for bad guys to do bad things in this country if they are determined to

do so.  The fact that nothing significant has happened since 9-11 has little

to do with those best efforts, I suspect.
