This is typical spam, and is not related to Radsafe. If the supposed sender is not a 

registered Radsafe member, then the post will not go through. I get these types of 

spam messages all the time, from the never ending annoying Nigerian promises of 

millions, to this one that you refer to.



Simply delete them. You will receive these, even if you were not a member of a 

particular listserver.
