Looks like spam (or some kind of scam) to me.  I would absolutely not 

respond.   Any offer asking for money, down payments, loans, etc. for any purpose at 

all, especially asking for payment in advance for something to be delivered, 

is probably a confidence game of some sort.  My advice is to delete it.



 I make it a point not to open emails unless I recognize BOTH the sender and 

the subject.
