The largest individual dose in the SL-1 accident was to the first health

physicist to enter the facility in response to the fire alarm.  He preceded

the firefighters and received a dose of 27 rems.

As I recall the first responders at the SL-1 Army reactor accident in Idaho

took some doses up around 25 Rem.
