However I'll go YA one further anyone have some old Coleman lantern mantles 

and a few firecrackers? Say at a smaller Airport in a jurisdiction where the 

HAZMAT team is a minimal capable team with limited (if any) RAD capability? 



Device goes boom (small letters intentional), called in threat stating "now 

you will glow" and then the HAZMAT guys call the FBI and media gets wind of the 

response and well need I say what the media will do with that scenario?
