RE: Apparent Illegal Shipment

Some of us are already "in harmony" with HM-230 on a voluntary basis (at

least as of 2/25/04).  We couldn't afford to wait for October to arrive

when our current stock of non-Class 9 'environmentally hazardous

substances' would suddenly become hot Class 7 pumpkins.
