AW: 2) Tritium fatality

The question of tritium fatalities which I raised by a short comment recently is getting much clearer and scientifically sound by the contributions of many people who have worked in this field or know the literature. This is, why I always recommend RADSAFE for questions, because one can be almost sure, that somebody at RADSAFE will have the answer for them!

    Major Radiation Accidents (1945-99)

    1961 Switzerland, exposure of three individuals up to 3 Gy leads to one fatality. 

    1964 Germany, exposure of four individuals up to 10 Gy leads to one fatality.
