I need not go back for any reason. I read Gary's mail carefully and I

expressed clearly that I appreciated it. I asked you, what was the first

terrorists WMD attack on the USA. I might not be able to write English - nor

American - poetry, but I think my English is good enough to know, that

"another attack" needs a "first attack" or "several previous attacks". I am

as well aware, that there have not been any WMD attacks on the USA. As well

as there has not been any attack with nuclear weapons or RDD. My rhetorical

question has not been answered, because there is no answer including

anything nuclear. Your comment was strictly off topic because there was no

relation to anything nuclear or radioactive - which you do not want to

admit. Your recent answer is even more off topic. You cannot (and nobody

can) relate the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks to either WMD nor nuclear nor the

proposal you mentioned to anything nuclear.



If you had admitted, that you got carried away it would have been easily

accepted - at least by me.



I will not post anything on this topic to the list anymore.

I recommend you go back and reread Gary's posts, which dealt with a general

view on nuclear weapons.  My replies dealt with my views WRT his statements.



According to the Radsafe moderator, discussing your query about the 9/11

attack would not be appropriate on this list.

Zack misrepresents the statements in the proposed HJR 107-63 and in my post

recommending a similar congressional resolution in the event of another WMD

terrorist attack.

I am simply curious, what the first WMD terrorist attack was, since you

write about "another" one. Was there really any nuclear weapons or

RDD-attack I would have missed? (Mike, that's the relation to nuclear. If

there had been no relation to nuclear the original message would have been

off topic already, and Ricks answer to Zack even more.) Are three aeroplanes

a WMD? Did they carry anything nuclear?
