Health Physics Society Summer School

Registration for the 2004 HPS Summer School is open.  The summer  school will 

be held on the campus of the NIST in Gaithersburg, Maryland, starting on July 

6.  You are invited to attend the Summer School on "Public Protection from 

Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Terrorism," where outstanding health 

physicists and recognized experts from other fields, have graciously accepted to teach. 

These experts will discuss principles and lessons learned from experiences to 

help the professional understand the rationale for proper planning, 

assessments, and responses.  A more detailed description of the course is provided on
