    Mr Niagara,

    You seem to be an interesting subject for psychological investigations.

First of all you believe, that another person who has been found worth of an

e-mail from you has to answer immediately. Secondly you are very restricted

to your local circumstances - please accept that time is different in other

locations, like Austria, where I live. This indicates a very narrow point of

view.

    It is 6:07 p.m. in Vienna and I should be since seven minutes at a

meeting of my friends who finished college together with me 42 years ago -

yes, I am that old.

    Having read your message I wonder, what this has to do with radiation??

Please enlighten me, otherwise I would believe that this message is off

topic and I will not answer.
