I'll concede that my statement as to the level of regulation on LNG was a bit 

shall we say heavy. I do know for a fact that the LNG industry specifically 

BP based in London is planning on MAJOR research in to the effect of a 

potential terror attack against those storage facilities and those plants that we've 

been discussing. This is MAJOR dollars and will take place here in the US soon.



The LNG Industry seems to be as much of a target for the ENVIRO guys as well 

as the terrorists!
