Reactor Shutdown Sparks Panic

 A minor incident at the Balakovskaya nuclear power plant created

 widespread panic in Saratov and nearby regions, with people clearing

 iodine off drugstore shelves and several being rushed to the

 hospital with symptoms of iodine poisoning.
