CONFIRMATION OF G. ANDREWS COMMUNICATION

We spoke with the epa today and asked for an interpretation of the
meaning of "RADIONUCLIDE", they stated that .... "...it is refering to
the compound or molecule to which the isotope is attached, not the
element and not the solvent. Use common sense, if it stays behind
when boiled then it is not a gas." So, the "...boils at 100 c or less
or expected to at 100 c or grater..." is related to the compound.

This interpretation came from the EPA regional office in boston.

Let us know of any other communications you might have had with the
EPA.

Thanks......!
