I believe that we should declare the great State of West Virginia as a
National Monument or at least some kind of holy ground. To think that in all
the world, only that state was exempt from background radiation. This adds
new meaning to the state logo - ALMOST HEAVEN.

PS With their penchant for politics and election stealing, maybe someone stole
the background.
Also, I wish education would work, but we may have to write off the adults and
begin fresh with the kindergarten classes. They still have an open mind, and
the operative word here is NOT open, but mind.
