EMERGENCY RESPONSE TO SPILLS

Inhalation hazards, I would guess, and appropriate measures would depend on the
hazard involved.  May I suggest that you contact Brian Phillips, Director,
Radiation Protection Services, Ministry of Health (BC gov't) at (604) 660-6630,
Richard Piskor, former Director, Occup. Health and Safety, UVic, at 
(604) 721-8875, or Wayne Greene, Director, Occup. H. and Safety, UBC, at 
(604) 822-4218.  

As an aside, Wayne is a founding member of the Emergency Preparedness 
Conference and is currently Chair of the Executive Committee.  (He's also
a really nice guy.)  This year's conference is being held in Vancouver,
