Dosimetry

I have a question to all of you in the medical and university type 
operations.  Who do you do your dosimetry badge business with, do you 
like the service they provide or do you have your own in-house dosimetry 
service?  We are having a tough time with our current service and I woudl 
just like some opinions.  We badge approximately 100 monthly film badges 
and approximately 200 quarterly TLD's.  Would it be worth it for us to do 
are own system or just go with a setup service.  We are just planning for 
if we do have to find another company or do it ourselves.  Any opinions 
provided will be appreciated and acknowledged as opinions so that nobody 
will get into trouble.  Thanks ahead of time.
