Here's my five cents worth as a punter, 

I came across an interesting and quite amusing article in Physics Today
(April 1994 - Vol 47 No 4) written by William R. Bennett Jr at Yale, and is
based on his book "Health and Low Frequency Electromagnetic Fields". I
found it a refreshingly critical look at the issue, although I agree that
all the facts may not be in yet. The article also has a substantial list of
references.
