 as an essential environmental reference.
 
 We ONLY ask that you reimburse us for the out-of-pocket 
 costs which includes CD production, IBM License fee, 
 and postage/handling.  
 
 We will include an Invoice for $26.00 with the shipment 
 of the Cd-ROM.  There is NO need to pay in advance. IF 
 you can't afford to pay, simply state your reason on 
 the Invoice and return the Invoice but keep the CD-ROM.
