In response to Srebro.
The data that you mention was probably taken from a  daily paper (!?).
The high concentration (137000 Bq/m3) that you mentioned is not a room 
concentration. The room had about 1 tenth of this level, which is still quit high. The high 
level was measured in a pipe, that was inserted in the soil, and entered the room, being 
the source of the problem (a mistake made during constuction of the building). By 
sealing the pipe the problem of high room concentration was solved.
