RadSafers,

  Administratium (Ad) has actually existed for many years.  It is 
more commonly know at Bureaucratius (Bs) and its decay process 
has been commonly known as the Peter Principle.  Those of us with 
greying hair enjoy reading about the pleasures the young derive 
and express in their quests to rediscover and reinvent the wheel.
