	Not all units are useless. Digital's VMS operating system allows
	a time unit of fortnight. It's actually useful for scheduling things
	(like payroll runs,) that must occur every two weeks.

	But this leads to the unusual situation that a micro-fortnight is
	a legal expression of time.
