     I am going way out on a limb on this one.  No, the Certified 
     Industrial Hygienist examination is different from and not associated 
     with the CHP.  I have been thinking of taking both, and the 
     examination for certified hazardous material manager, but I am not 
     sure what this would get me.  I work for a state agency.

I am not positive if I am correct, but doesn't passing all of the 
certification tests to become a CHP also qualify someone as a certified 
IH?(without any more test requirements?)
