Yes, according to the ABHP prospectus (7/89 version),  ABHP and ABIH have a
reciprocity agreement.  If an ABHP diplomate (otherwise known as a CHP)
passes the ABIH part I exam, they can be certified in "radiological aspects
of IH."  The prospectus does not say what a CIH (oops, a diplomate of the
ABIH) can get out of the deal.  If this is no longer true, I hope someone
with more current info will correct me.
