Radsafers: The NRC issued Information Notice 96-18: "Compliance with 10 CFR Part 20 for airborne Thorium". This Notice deals with unsealed thorium airborne problems NRC inspectors encountered during inspections at 120 licensees. My question is who uses unselaed thorium and for what purpose?
