VERY ROUGHLY, if the 2.5 inch opening is considered the diameter of the opening
of a circle, then the area is 30 cm2. So IF the 64 mW is spread over 30 cm ,
that's 2 mW/cm2 or 5 times less than IEEE C95.1-1991. Don't worry about it.
