NBS & H-Bomb

Robert McNelly asked about the Boulder, CO NBS's involvement w/H-bomb
development.

Richard Rhodes, in his book "Dark Sun" mentions the following.

In May 1951 the Boulder NBS broke ground for an AEC-funded cryo. lab to
produce liquid deuterium. (p. 473)

The citizens of boulder, at that time, raised $70K  to buy the land for the
plant and permanently deeded it to the govt. (p.483)
