Curies, so you could ship one Curie in whatever today's equivalent of a
strong tight container is (I don't believe that language is in the DOT regs
anymore).

The A2 quantity for florine-18 is 13.5 Ci (0.5 TBq).  One curie needs a
Type A package.  And, of course, all other D.O.T. regulations must be met.
